I'm a nutritionist, NASM-certified personal trainer, and mama with a passion for education. I am committed to helping you learn to build a healthier relationship with food and movement to support your body so you can reach your goals. My work focuses around meeting you where you are and creating a meaningful plan for sustainable change so that you are empowered to take your successes forward through life well beyond our work together.
I’m passionate about supporting my clients to achieve vibrant health with something as simple, beautiful, and nourishing as the food we choose to put on our plates. When you combine that with customized fitness recommendations to challenge your body without overwhelming it, you create a powerful combo to improve health and feel your best!
My recommendations are integrative, supportive, and entirely tailored to you -- your goals, concerns, food preferences, fitness level, and schedule. I will always provide you plenty of resources to support you as you incorporate changes to your nutrition and exercise. I can also support you with just one of those (nutrition or fitness) if you prefer that approach.
